Sheridan Township Board of Trustees Meeting

SPECIAL

April 4, 2023

11:00 am

I. Call to Order: The meeting was called to order by Richard Porter at 11:00 am.

Pledge: The pledge was led by Richard Porter.

II. Present: Randy Fisher, Stephanie Craig, Richard Porter, Scott Frederick, Hayley England

Absent: None

III. Approval of Agenda: A motion was made by Randy, 2nd by Hayley to accept the agenda as presented. All in favor, the motion passed.

IV. Public Comment: None

V. New Business

1. Review proposed 520 Policy. The new 520 Policy was explained and discussed. The townships will not have any input on this 520 Policy.

2. Vote on joining other townships to hire a lawyer and possibly sue the county board of commissioners. The supervisor will hold a meeting for all the townships in Calhoun County to discuss the new proposed 520 policy to see what our options are. We will move forward when we have more information.

VI. Adjourn: A motion was made by Hayley, 2nd by Randy to adjourn at 11:24. All in favor, the motion passed.
